当店の商品は受注生産のため、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。不良品または誤配送の場合に限り対応いたします。
第4条（価格および支払い）
表示価格はすべて消費税込みです。送料には消費税が含まれる場合があります。海外向け注文の場合は関税・輸入税が発生する場合があります。
第5条（配送）
配送日数は目安であり、保証されるものではありません。
配送業者や通関、その他外部要因による遅延について当店は責任を負いかねます。
商品引き渡し後の紛失リスクはお客様に移転します。
第6条（知的財産権）
本サイト上のすべてのコンテンツ（デザイン、ロゴ、画像、文章等）はkotobaに帰属します。
