SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with kotoba. All of our products are made to order, which means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. This includes production time, as each product is custom-made after your order is placed.

Please note that orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or holidays.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Since all kotoba products are made to order, the estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Japan: 7–14 business days
Asia: 10–17 business days
North America: 10–17 business days
Europe: 10–19 business days
Rest of the world: 12–22 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to production volume, customs delays, shipping carrier issues, holidays, or peak seasons.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

kotoba is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

DELAYS

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

kotobaをご利用いただきありがとうございます。当店の商品はすべて受注生産となっており、ご注文後に1点ずつ製造しております。

ご注文の処理について

ご注文後、通常3〜7営業日以内に製造・発送いたします。
これは、ご注文後に商品を製作するための期間を含みます。

※土日祝日は製造・発送作業を行っておりません。

お届け目安について

お届けまでの日数は、お届け先の地域によって異なります。
kotobaの商品はすべて受注生産のため、下記の目安には製造期間と配送期間の両方が含まれます。

日本：7〜14営業日
アジア：10〜17営業日
北米：10〜17営業日
ヨーロッパ：10〜19営業日
その他の地域：12〜22営業日

※上記はあくまで目安です。製造状況、通関手続き、配送業者の遅延、祝日、繁忙期などの影響により、到着が遅れる場合がございます。

送料について

送料は、お届け先および配送方法に応じてチェックアウト時に自動計算されます。

関税・輸入税について

海外配送の場合、関税や輸入税などが発生する場合があります。これらの費用はお客様のご負担となります。

また、通関による遅延について当店では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

配送状況の確認

商品発送後、追跡情報を含む発送完了メールをお送りいたします。

配送先情報の誤りについて

ご注文時には配送先住所を正確にご入力ください。入力ミスによる誤配送については当店では責任を負いかねます。

住所不備などにより商品が返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料はお客様のご負担となります。

紛失・盗難について

配送業者によって配達完了と記録された後の紛失・盗難については、当店では責任を負いかねます。

問題が発生した場合は、可能な範囲でサポートいたしますのでご連絡ください。

配送遅延について

当店では迅速な発送を心がけておりますが、外部要因により配送が遅れる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
